The Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) programme at IAU Bangladesh Campus, is designed to prepare students for successful careers in the rapidly evolving world of technology. The programme combines strong theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on learning to develop the technical expertise and problem-solving skills required in today's digital economy.
Students gain knowledge in key areas such as programming, software development, database management, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, web technologies, and information systems. Through project-based learning and industry-relevant coursework, graduates are equipped to design, develop, manage, and secure modern technology solutions.
With an internationally aligned curriculum, experienced faculty, and opportunities for eligible academic progression to International American University (IAU) campuses in the USA, France, or Dubai (subject to university policies and academic requirements), the BIT programme prepares students for rewarding careers in the global IT industry or further postgraduate studies.

Upon successful completion of the Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) programme, graduates will be able to:

Mode of Instruction
Instruction can be completed through classroom-hybrid and/or online instructional methodologies.

Graduation Requirements
- Complete 120 semester hours of the prescribed curriculum.
- Complete internship requirement.
- Complete all required coursework with a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Apply for graduation and meet all academic and financial requirements.
