IAU and F-1 Visa

International American University (IAU) is authorized to enroll eligible international students in F-1 status for approved academic programs and English language training. F-1 Visa Application Overview

International students who are outside the United States and do not have a valid F-1 student visa should generally apply through the U.S. Embassy or Consulate responsible for their place of permanent residence. Students are encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of their planned arrival in the United States. Before the visa interview, applicants must be prepared to provide required documentation, including proof of payment of the SEVIS I-901 fee, as applicable.
